When interacting with AIs, one quickly notices that each seems to exhibit a distinct ‘personality’ shaped by its training. Some respond with measured precision, while others sound more like enthusiastic junior developers still fresh from high school. This contrast becomes especially striking when observing a swarm of AIs exchanging information with one another.
I don’t mean to suggest that these quirks are anything more than training artifacts (at least I hope so), but they do make me reflect on how much of our own human personality is the product of socialization.
